At Xtrema, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted ceramic cookware and offer a 40-day trial period to ensure it meets your culinary expectations. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items for a refund or exchange within 40 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Securely

  Carefully pack the items in their original Xtrema packaging or equivalent protective materials to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
